This Agreement defines the terms of use of materials and services by Users on the website smsak.org (hereinafter referred to as "smsak.org" or "the Site").
1. General Terms

2. User Obligations
2.1. The User agrees not to take actions that may be considered a violation of international law, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright, and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead to or may lead to the disruption of the normal operation of smsak.org.

3.3. The Administration of smsak.org is not responsible for User violations of these Rules and reserves the right, at its own discretion, and upon receiving information from other users or third parties about User violations of these Rules, to modify (moderate) or delete any User information that violates the prohibitions established by these Rules, suspend, restrict, or terminate User access to all or any sections of smsak.org at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice, without being liable for any harm that may be caused to the user by such actions. The Administration of smsak.org reserves the right to delete a User's profile and/or suspend, restrict, or terminate a User's access to any section of smsak.org if the Administration determines that, in its opinion, the User poses a threat to smsak.org and/or its Users. The Administration of smsak.org is not responsible for temporary blocking or removal of information carried out in accordance with these Rules or for the removal of a User's personal page (termination of registration).
3.4. Deletion of a User's personal page automatically means the removal of all information posted on it, as well as all User information entered during registration on the Site. After the deletion of a personal page, the User loses the rights of access to the Site.
3.5. The Administration of smsak.org ensures the functioning and operability of smsak.org and undertakes to promptly restore its operability in case of technical failures and interruptions. The Administration of smsak.org is not responsible for temporary failures and interruptions in the operation of smsak.org and the loss of information caused by them. The Administration is not responsible for any damage to the User's computer or other devices, mobile devices, any other equipment, or software, caused or related to the downloading of materials from smsak.org or following links placed on the Site.
3.6. The Administration reserves the right to deny access to the Site to any User or group of Users without explanation and prior notice.
3.7. The Administration of smsak.org has the right to send Users information about the development of smsak.org and its services, as well as advertise its own activities and services.

6. Privacy Policy
6.1.
